Munde Early Access Privacy Notice

1. What information we collect

When you sign up for early access, we collect the information you voluntarily share:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Any additional information you choose to share

We do not collect ID numbers, banking details, or any sensitive personal data at this stage.

2. Why we collect this information

We use your information to:

• Notify you when Munde launches
• Share important updates about availability or early features
• Understand general interest and improve our rollout

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sharing with third parties for marketing.

3. How we store your data

Your data is securely stored using Google Firebase (industry-standard encrypted cloud security). Access is limited to authorized Munde team members.

Because Firebase servers may be outside Kenya, your data may be processed outside Kenya. When this happens, it is protected through Google's secure cloud infrastructure and contractual safeguards.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your data.

• Google Firebase, our cloud service provider (as our processor)
• Regulators or authorities, only if required by law

5. Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Request deletion of your data

To exercise these rights, email support@mundeinvest.com. If you withdraw consent or request deletion, we will remove your data unless we are legally required to keep it.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your information only until:

• We notify you about our launch, or
• You ask us to delete it

Whichever comes first.

After that, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

7. Updates to this notice

We may update this notice if needed. When we do, we'll post the updated version on our website with a new "Last updated" date.
